My morning run! Yayayaay getting faster!
My Progress: abs are flatter, legs are more toned. And I’ve gotten surprisingly tan by spending hours running in the sun hahah.
My Goals: still looking for more distinct tone. I’d like to have legs that just scream RUNNER yaaa know? Also I’ve completely ignored my arms lol.
I only ran a mile this morning because I didn’t have much time.. But I sprinted the last 200meters! And I always tell myself, it doesn’t matter how long or fast I’m going.. I’m still lapping everybody on the couch. One mile is better than no miles.
Morning run for a total of 3.7 miles! I thought I was keeping a pretty good pace considering how intense the wind was against me… It literally felt like a bad omen for me to turn around most of the time. But I pushed through, and then enjoyed a delicious Lemon Pecan Cheesecake Herbalife Smoothie for less than 250 calories. Productive day!
My lunch: fresh spinach, mushrooms, sunny cranberry trail mix and raspberries.
I would just like to point out how effective this blog has been on my eating habits.. I feel compelled to create beautiful, healthy little meals so I can post them on here. When I eat something processed, like a pop tart or whatever, I feel guilty. So thanks for being my inspiration hahah.

My breakfast: slice of sour dough break, laughing cow light Swiss cheese, spinach, egg whites, and mushrooms! +a glass of water. Mmmmm. I’d say just under 300 calories. Completely worth it!
Out to eat with the family at Texas Roadhouse… While everyone around me ordered 1200 plates of steak and ribs, I delighted myself to a 300 calorie plate of fresh veggies, mashed potatoes and apple sauce.. Plus fifty glasses of water.
Twas a glorious afternoon snack. Kashi Go Lean cinnamon crumble cereal mixed into blueberry nonfat Chobani Greek yogurt!

My breakfast: whole wheat tortilla, laughing cow light Swiss cheese, organic spinach, mushrooms and egg whites. HOLY MOLY it was so good. Plus outrageously healthy and filling after my run!
